Communication Modules
The flexible communication system of the MOTIONDATA motor vehicle software makes it possible to exchange data quickly and easily with third-party and parallel systems.

EBV Interface:
The classic “§57a interface” (electronic assessment administration §57a in Austria) for all workshops. Customers and vehicle data will be transferred to the EBV program by MOTIONDATA DMS.
Advantages:
- No annoying double data entry more necessary
- Time savings in the preparation of the §57a report
- Mileage and plate number are taken from the EBV program in the MOTIONDATA DMS
Short Message interface:
This module makes it very easy for you to send SMS directly from MOTIONDATA DMS to your customers.
Advantages:
- Individual design and administration of SMS text templates
- Notification of completion of repair orders with information about the invoice amount
- Reminder SMS regarding workshop appointment
- Automated birthday sms shipping
- Support SMS serial shipping including clear monitoring of the sent SMS
Email Interface:
This feature allows you to quickly and easily send mass mail directly from MOTIONDATA DMS to your customers.

- Individual administration of email text templates
- Support of email serial shipping including clear monitoring
AUDATEX Damage Calculation:
This module allows you to easily exchange data between the damage calculation program AudaWeb and MOTIONDATA DMS. Customer and vehicle data from MOTIONDATA DMS are exported to AudaWeb and the items from the damage calculation can be imported back into MOTIONDATA DMS.
Advantages:
- No need for duplicate data entry, saving you time
- Errors during manual data entry can be avoided
Eurotax Damage Calculation
(ERE and ERE 2.0):
This module allows you to easily exchange data between the damage calculation program ERE and MOTIONDATA DMS. Customer and vehicle data from MOTIONDATA DMS are exported to the ERE, and the items from the damage calculation can be imported back into the MOTIONDATA DMS.
Advantages:
- No need for duplicate data entry, saving you time
- Errors during manual data entry can be avoided
Eurotax Vehicle Rating “Autowert” and “Autowert4”:
This module enables an uncomplicated data exchange between the evaluation program “Autowert” and MOTIONDATA DMS. The vehicle data from MOTIONDATA DMS can be exported to the car value program. There, in addition to the price, the technical data as well as standard and optional equipment can be imported into the MOTIONDATA DMS vehicle master after the evaluation has been carried out.
Advantages:
- Used vehicles can be easily and quickly evaluated
- Support of rating of multiple vehicles – pool evaluation function
- Facilitating the vehicle system and increasing data quality
- Vehicle records can be prepared for export to Internet exchanges
Eurotax Quick-Check Interface:
This module allows you to easily export data to the Quick-Check Portal. Damage data in the MOTIONDATA system can be recorded for cost estimates and orders and transmitted to the Quick-Check Portal.
Advantages:
- Simple transmission of customer, vehicle and damage data, including photos and tele-experts to the Quick Check Portal
- Transmission of the digital bill to insurance companies
- Faster handling of the insured event
Eurotax Sales Announcement:
Our MOTIONDATA module “Eurotax sales announcement” allows you to send your vehicle and sales information to Eurotax.
Advantage:

Easy transfer of vehicle and sales information to Eurotax from MOTIONDATA DMS
Web Interface “Landwirt.com”:
With this interface, you can simplify the data system of machines and vehicles and limit it to one system. Either you put machines/vehicles directly into the internet exchange “landwirt.com” or MOTIONDATA DMS.
Advantages:
- No duplicate data entry necessary
- Handover can be done manually or automatically
- Updating the data in case of changes
Electronic Invoice:
With this module, the output invoices created in the MOTIONDATA DMS can be output in a standardized XML file.
Advantages:
- Provision of outgoing invoices in a standardized XML file
- Possibility of transferring and processing the XML file for third-party systems
E-Bill to Federal Government:
With this module, you have the option of sending invoices electronically to the Federal Government.
