The MOTIONDATA VECTOR Group handles all inquiries via its own service desk team. Our consultants are not sitting in an outsourced call center, but right in the house! This team works on all matters relating to the Dealer Management System, Sales Manager, Apps and IT Services / Infrastructure as well as AS / 400. In the customer portal, via e-mail or alternatively under the telephone numbers below, all these requests are accepted and processed. Our consultants are available on weekdays from 7.30am to 5.30pm for inquiries.

Our competent and well-trained employees strive to answer and solve inquiries by telephone or by remote maintenance. All messages are registered and processed in our ticket system. Customers who are already registered in the customer portal can also register the requests directly and enjoy the advantage of a complete listing of their requests.
