Car dealer Stahl relies on MOTIONDATA DMS
AUTO-STAHL REPARATUR UND VERTRIEBS- GESELLSCHAFT M.B.H in Vienna came to the MOTIONDATA VECTOR Group as a former Formula 1 customer, as it had taken over the WGB company and the maintenance and service work of DMS Formel1 in the previous year.
Mr. Ing. Gernot Keusch, Managing Director and owner of Autohaus Stahl was convinced of the product portfolio and services of the MOTIONDATA VECTOR group from the very beginning.
The DMS complete solution in the complete scope of MOTIONDATA DMS incl. brand communications, the Sales Manager (vehicle management module) as well as the interfaces to BMD incl. KORE dimensions fits Mr. Ing. Keusch exactly to his business (sales of the car brands Honda, KIA, Nissan, Jaguar & Land Rover as well as two-wheelers and the body and workshop business).
The evaluation phase started with clear guidelines and a comprehensive specification sheet. The challenge was, among other things, the BMD financial accounting connection for the JAGUAR and LAND ROVER BMi.
The parameterization of the DMS MD was adapted to the specifics of the steel car dealership for the parts trade, service and vehicle trade, adapted to the processes and the process sequences and thus optimally customized to the special booking settings for the customer. The intensive cooperation with BMD made it possible to switch to the new parameters in the current fiscal year without any major circumstances or adjustments.
The project implementation was carried out efficiently and without any problems within a few months.
We owe the successful project implementation to Karin Siebinger (Head of Administration) and Michael Sumalowitsch (Project Manager) from Autohaus Stahl and the MOTIONDATA VECTOR Group project team members Michaela Hirsch and Manuel Kollegger, who were responsible for the implementation.
After intensive training of the employees from all departments and locations of Autohaus Stahl, the real start was made, which was successful and within a short time the daily business was running. Today, the Stahl company uses MOTIONDATA DMS successfully on 70 workstations at three locations.
